At this time, DermaWear ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Our Returns/Exchange Policy is Simple:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a refund:- any Arm Protector in its original condition
- any unopened Arm Protector
- any other merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories
- any faulty merchandise, which we will verify for damage prior to processing your return.You can also cancel unshipped items by contacting us at office@dermawearshop.com
HOW TO RETURN:
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number, your name and address, and the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper and CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR MERCHANDISE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN AN RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) AND PROPER ADDRESS FOR RETURN.Exchanges:
Exchanges may be made on merchandise you have purchased from DermaWearShop.com.-If we made an error just send the item back to us with a note stating the error and the desired merchandise.
-If you accidentally selected the wrong merchandise and need to exchange it, you may do so as long as the conditions mentioned for returned merchandise are met.
